Get as much sp as you can in prokion. PSSP and SPB's are very useful here , as many as you can get. I recommend pet training and selling pets for gold for new players that don'w want to spend a ton on AP.

Don't forget though that you can sp farm at 91, 94, 102, 103, 110 and i think 133. With the new ignition and drop charts, getting sp on the way is not quite as painful also.
